About The Role
The Field Applications Engineer has the responsibility of supporting the Enphase’s Sales Team by delivering best-in-class Technical Sales Support o Enphase’s Residential and Commercial customers We are looking for an energetic, solar-experienced professional to become part of our rapidly growing Field Applications Engineering.
What you will do
- Assess, identify, and engage potential partners. Enter partner’s info into Sales Force.
- Introduce Enphase technology and product to partner.
- Build creative solutions to win new accounts and develop Thailand market.
- Assess a partner’s business and jointly developing successful strategies to incorporate and sell Enphase products in a way that positively impacts all aspects of the partner’s P&L.
- Being on the forefront of new products that will continue to drive the Solar Energy market (microinverters, energy storage, AC modules, etc.)
- Managing a portfolio of customers to achieve revenue and share objectives.
- Support the Residential and Commercial Sales Organization with Product’s Technical Expertise
- Prepare and conduct technical training programs.
- Conduct live training, presentations, and webinars.
- Execute customer-facing Technical Product Adoption programs.
- Execute customer-facing New Product Introduction (NPI) field activities.
- Develop and deliver documentation such as: design guides, line diagrams, standard BOMs, technical briefs, best practices, and training.
- Provide clear Customer Technical Requirements feedback to Product Management and Product Development Teams.
- Engage in specialized System Designs support activities.
- Coordinate and execute field testing and feedback collection for new hardware and software.
- Understanding our customers’ processes and procedures and modifying training approach(es) to promote adoption of best practices for operational efficiency.
- Acting as liaison between our customers and the broader Enphase organization to ensure that customers’ needs are incorporated into training and product designs.
