Job Summary
As a Business Development Manager, you will be crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding our business. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and collaborating closely with our team to develop tailored solutions that meet company needs.
Your day-to-day:
Strategic Planning:
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Assortment Planning:
- Identify and research potential products for new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with vendors and negotiate terms to ensure a diverse and competitive product offering.
Expansion Planning:
- Identify and research potential clients and to target for new business opportunities.
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets, Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients, also developing strategies to meet those goals.
Promotions and Pricing:
- Plan and execute promotions and pricing strategies to drive sales and meet financial targets.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to stay competitive.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Managing both internal and external stakeholders, including visiting, presenting, negotiating with corporate clients, and resolving potential issues.
- Provide guidance and support for product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
Performance Analysis:
- Analyze marketing metrics to optimize strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Customer Insights:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to anticipate and meet customer needs.
- Recommend product enhancements or innovations based on customer insights.
