The Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer is responsible for ensuring that system and installation work meet all necessary requirements. This role involves creating and implementing tests, identifying issues, and working with the respective teams to ensure high-quality outputs. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans, processes, and procedures to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct tests and inspections of system to evaluate quality or performance. Identify areas for improvement and work with relevant teams to implement changes.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on quality activities, including inspection results, test data, and other metrics. Maintain accurate records of quality issues and corrective actions.
- Ensure that products and processes comply with all relevant regulations, engineering standards, and company policies. Stay up to date with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier quality and performance. Conduct supplier audits and work with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Review drawing for equipment, civil works, electrical work, installation, testing, and commissioning are provided throughout the construction phase of the project with construction team and contractor.
