2025 Emerging Leaders Fellowship (ELF) Program

The Emerging Leaders Fellowship Program is a dynamic, virtual initiative designed to select up to twelve promising candidates from across Southeast Asian countries. This program is deeply rooted in FACTS Asia's core areas of expertise, ensuring fellows gain a specialized and highly relevant understanding of the region.

Fellows will be deeply immersed in addressing critical regional issues, specifically honing their ability to analyze complex challenges from a unique Southeast Asian perspective. This immersion is delivered through a carefully curated combination of virtual mentorship, interactive workshops, and hands-on activities. The program emphasizes both robust learning and practical application, ensuring participants don't just gain knowledge but also develop tangible skills.

By participating, fellows will cultivate a diverse and powerful skillset, seamlessly blending strong analytical capabilities—essential for rigorous research and policy analysis—with exceptional interpersonal and communication talents. This holistic approach prepares them to effectively articulate their insights, engage with diverse stakeholders, and ultimately contribute meaningfully to policy discussions and public discourse in the Indo-Pacific.

Program Duration: 1 year
