Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales & Business Development Executive (Agriculture) based in Kota Damansara. This role will focus on driving sales growth for Agroz Wall solutions and fresh vegetables supply to HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant & Café) clients. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident in client engagement, and passionate about building strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities to identify potential clients for Agroz Wall solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Promote and sell Agroz products and solutions to HORECA clients through B2B sales activities.
Prepare professional presentation decks and proposals for client meetings and business pitches.
Attend meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with potential clients.
Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly sales reports for management review.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities within the agriculture and food supply industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and after-sales support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
