Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Development Studies, or a related field.
Master's Degree in a relevant field is preferred

Work History:

Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills

Demonstrated experience in organizational management, strategic planning, program management, and business development.
Strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing women entrepreneurs, particularly in Cambodia.
Demonstrated experience in fundraising, financial management, partnership development, and resource mobilization.
Fluent Khmer and good professional proficiency in English.
