The Role (Project Officer, PO, 18-months contract)

We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Project Officer (PO) to join our social enterprise. Reporting directly to the Assistant Project Manager (APM), you will be the core driving force behind our daily workshop operations, volunteer mobilization, and community events. By leveraging our standard procedures (SOPs) and automated workflows, you will help popularize appliance repair while keeping our brand trusted and down-to-earth.

Key Responsibilities

● Event & Community Development: Organize and execute a high volume of community repair services, pop-up events, and volunteer activities. Engage warmly with diverse stakeholders—from grassroots elderly to business partners for corporate collaboration—ensuring smooth, empathetic, and respectful communication.

● Project Management & Operations: Apply strong project management skills to monitor our newly developed digital booking system and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs). Gather user feedback to identify operational gaps and continuously improve internal efficiency.

● Marketing & Brand Promotion: Drive marketing promotion and brand promotion initiatives to amplify our professional green image. Handle social media management by translating front-line community impact and repair stories into engaging content that connects with the public.
