A. Education / Certifications

Required: College or university degree in Accounting–Auditing, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred:

Proficient in Excel for accounting work and data processing.
Courses or certifications in Accounting or Tax are an advantage.
English certification or ability to read professional documents in English.

B. Professional Experience

Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in accounting–finance.

Solid grasp of basic accounting principles, understanding the substance of recording economic transactions.
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel (functions, Pivot Tables, lookups).
Ability to read documents, reconcile figures, and spot simple discrepancies.
Logical thinking, careful, accurate, detail-oriented.
Ability to synthesize, analyze, and present information clearly.

Technical competencies — preferred:

Honest with a high sense of responsibility.
Proactive learner, open to feedback, continuously improving.
Comfortable with detailed work, large data sets, or repetitive tasks in the early stage.
Eager to learn, with long-term career direction in Accounting–Finance.
Ready to adapt to an environment with high standards for quality, timeliness, and professionalism.
