Who we are looking for

The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute and finalize a project according to an established project schedule/forecast with a strict deadline and within budget. You will be responsible for managing and delivering successful projects in the water/wastewater business. You will interact internally throughout the organization with all levels of disciplines as well as externally with clients. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and 3rd party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

What you will be doing

Assist with the execution of the project from conceptual planning phases through final plans and specifications.
Provides administrative and technical management over more than one water resource, water treatment, or wastewater project.
Responsible for establishing periodically reviewing time and hour budgets and meeting those budgets on the projects.
Periodically review project schedule and progress on the projects.
Maintains continued relationship with the client after the project is finished to ensure securing future work the client may have and project opportunities.
Supervises or coordinates several varied assignments simultaneously.
Manage technical staff.
Evaluate alternatives, work with the engineering and operational team to resolve technical issues, and interface with other disciplines.
Ensure technical accuracy, standard engineering practices, and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various reports and design projects.
Work with technical and business development for project reviews and the company management as needed.
Track financial aspects of projects and coordinate and adjust work efforts with the team to ensure that work is completed within the parameters of the agreed-to schedule.
Perform other duties as needed.
