Ritma Green is a sustainable coffee social enterprise that empowers youth, farmers, and TVET institutions to build a resilient and inclusive coffee sector. We provide green skills training, entrepreneurship development, and climate-smart coffee education to prepare the next generation of coffee professionals and entrepreneurs. Through partnerships with schools, farmer groups, government, and industry, we strengthen sustainable coffee value chains while promoting agroforestry and environmental stewardship. By combining education, enterprise, and community development, Ritma Green creates pathways for decent work, farmer regeneration, and rural prosperity. We believe coffee can be a catalyst for lasting social, economic, and environmental impact.
