The successful applicant to this position will have a broad range of skills that highlight your position in this specialised team. As an individual you will have personal attributes that embrace teamwork, leadership, collaboration, and positive impact. Your specific role will include but not be limited to:

Overseeing the effective planning and execution of complex projects. You will provide technical guidance to support others on such projects as well as perform the role of Project Manager for our larger and more complex projects or Project Director and client-facing roles where appropriate. You will be supported by other senior technical and project delivery leaders, and you will support more junior members of the team.
You will have an in-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework and technical elements of the contaminated land sector within Victoria, and a familiarity with the corresponding elements in other states. You will take an active role in mentoring others to develop technical skills and knowledge amongst the broader team.
You will provide leadership to the broader Contaminated Land Assessment Team and collaborate with other Sections within our broader business to help deliver successful project outcomes for our clients.
You will have land contamination consultancy experience, a Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Environmental Science (BSc) degree or similar, proven experience in an Environmental or Sustainability role, and hold a current Australian driver’s licence.
