Over three months, you move from unclear hiring needs to a structured recruitment process that attracts, filters, and converts aligned candidates. Build a sustainable system supported by practitioners who understand the climate hiring landscape in Southeast Asia.
20 selected organisations receive a $1,000 participation grant, along with the opportunity to unlock up to $10,000 in additional funding by the end of the programme.

Climate non-profits or industry-focus across Southeast Asia are invited to apply to join the programme running from May 25 to August 28, 2026.
Selected organisations may be contacted before final selection. Results will be announced via email and official channels.
Shortlisted organizations will be contacted before the official selection is announced.
A final cohort of 20-25 organizations will be onboarded online starting the week of May 25, 2026.
At least one team member leading recruitment is expected to participate throughout the programme.
Over a one-week online training bootcamp, teams build a hiring strategy that is clear, targeted, and designed to convert. They learn how to shape a compelling narrative, align expectations internally, and use digital and AI-supported tools to reach the right candidates.
The week is intensive by design, with dedicated time each day to build and apply your hiring strategy.
Full participation across all sessions is expected to get the full value of the bootcamp.
By the end of the week, each organisation leaves with a recruitment strategy ready to excecute.
During this phase, organisations activate their hiring campaigns and move through a structured process.

Climate focused non-profit organizations operating in Southeast Asia
🕒 2+ Years of Operations
Organizations with at least two years of operational activity
👥 Minimum Team Size
A team of at least three paid staff members.
