Research Fellows as part of the Green Central Asia II initiative
The Center for Natural Resources and Sustainability at the German-Kazakh University (DKU) is looking for two research fellows as part of the Green Central Asia II initiative. This 20-month fellowship offers young researchers the chance to work on climate, water, and sustainability issues in Central Asia, contributing to international scientific and policy dialogue.
Key details:
— Duration: 20 months (starting May 2025)
— Monthly stipend: €1,100 (incl. taxes)
— Requirements: PhD, strong research background, fluent in English and Russian
— Tasks include: publishing articles, mentoring, applying for grants, teaching, and supporting major conferences
