About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and improving packaging products and materials while working closely with Production, Quality, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, and suppliers to ensure packaging solutions meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements, quality standards, sustainability goals, and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate new product development projects from concept to commercialization.
Develop new paper and plastic packaging products.
Translate customer requirements into practical and cost-effective packaging solutions.
Conduct technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and material selection.
Work with Design team to prepare samples, mock-ups, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on technical feasibility.
Review testing results and support troubleshooting during production.
Prepare validation protocols, technical reports, and product assessments.
Support packaging compliance and sustainability initiatives.
Maintain technical documentation in accordance with company procedures.
