ImpactHK is seeking an experienced individual for the role of office administration and IT support. This position involves providing basic IT support and managing office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.

Job Duties

Provide basic IT support to end users, including user account setup and installation/maintenance of software and hardware (e.g., computers, CCTV)
Assist with online store operations, including order delivery, inventory control, packaging, and invoicing
Provide front desk support, such as greeting clients and visitors, handling inquiries, and managing postal matters
Maintain conference room bookings and coordinate meeting arrangements, including video and conference call setups
Responsible for maintaining the fixed assets register
Coordinate repair and maintenance requests across multiple locations
Handle office procurement, including vendor sourcing, selection, and evaluation
Oversee contracts for facilities, utilities, and services
Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
