About the role

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving the strategic expansion of Mayer Group Hospitality across key destinations in Vietnam, with a primary focus on Da Nang and surrounding central coastal hubs (such as Hoi An and Hue). This leadership role focuses on identifying high-value hotel, resort, and villa partners, pitching end-to-end management solutions (OTA optimization, revenue management, channel distribution), and securing long-term strategic contracts to boost client profitability and expand company market share in Vietnam.

Key responsibilities

Lead sales strategy and partner acquisition across Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue, and adjacent high-growth destinations in Vietnam
Execute high-impact site visits, C-suite pitches, and strategic presentations to resort owners, hotel developers, and key stakeholders
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified hotel, resort, and boutique villa leads
Pitch Mayer Group Hospitality's core portfolio: OTA management, revenue optimization software, and global distribution solutions
Diagnose property operational bottlenecks and propose high-yield, customized service packages
Structure, negotiate, and finalize service contracts and commercial agreements to maximize contract value
Cultivate long-term executive relationships with local property owners, asset management firms, and resort general managers
Oversee smooth client onboarding and transition to the operational account management team
Conduct periodic strategic reviews with key partners to ensure retention and account growth
Analyze local market trends, seasonal inventory shifts, and competitor pricing dynamics in Da Nang and Central Vietnam
