Description of the mission

Roles & Responsibility:

Design and curate an educational deck based on our source material for a 40-60 minutes long workshop which includes elements of activities suitable for engaging primary school students (age 7 to 12).
Design and curate an educational deck based on our source material for a 40-60 minutes long workshop which includes elements of activities suitable for engaging secondary school students onwards (age 13 and up).
Lead the educational workshops and sharings for schools alongside the facilitators to ensure that the engagement deliverables are achieved.
Design worksheets suitable for primary school students to complete as part of the workshop.
Monitor feedback from completed workshops and talks, update and integrate them into existing educational decks for continuous improvement to engage future clients.

Profile

Who we are looking for:

Passionate about education, youth development, and climate action.
Experience in teaching, training, workshop facilitation, curriculum development, or educational programme management.
Able to design and deliver engaging learning experiences for students and young people.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Comfortable working with schools, organisations, and community partners.
Comfortable handling and working with insects, and organic matters.
Fluent in English and the main spoken language in the country you are based in.

Nice to have:

Experience working with nonprofits, startups, or youth-led organisations.
Experience organising workshops, events, or community programmes.
