Program Support:

  1. Assist with planning and designing programme objectives, timelines, and action plans
  2. Develop programme materials and documents, such as infopacks, guides, training materials, etc.
  3. Support programme implementation, including recruiting and engaging with participants, volunteers, and partners
  4. Assist with evaluating programs and initiatives run by ActSEA and impact organisations in our network by designing tools, collecting data, analysing data, and preparing reports

Research Support

  1. Assist with carrying out secondary data, quantitative, and qualitative data analysis, and prepare final reports for consulting assignments
  2. Compile feedback from ActSEA’s external programs, projects, and activities, and assist with the data analysis and report writing

Administrative Tasks:

  1. Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence
  2. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
  3. Maintain organised records and files related to research and program activities
