I. Project Implementation Support

  • Assist Programme team in preparing service contracts, liquidation documents, policy scoping, and other project paperwork.
  • Handle logistics arrangements for project activities.
  • Support content development for social media and reports.
  • Take and document meeting minutes.

II. Translation & Interpretation

  • Translate project-related documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
  • Provide interpretation support during trainings and workshops.

III. Other Tasks

  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
Profile

Education & Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student or recent graduate in good academic standing (preferred GPA ≥ 3.6/4).
  • IELTS score of 7.5 or higher (preferred).
  • Strong interest or background in gender studies, social work, or related fields.

Skills & Attitudes

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a professional, disciplined environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in cross-functional teams.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Allowance: Paid monthly, inclusive of tax and statutory contributions.
  • Timesheet due by the 5th of the next month.
  • Monthly report submission required.
  • Insurance: 24/7 accident insurance provided.
  • Certificate: Upon completion, a review and certificate can be issued upon written request.
