RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position holder is responsible for
- Manager the sales team (routing, sales procedure, working attendant & attitude)
- Maintain good relationships with all customers
- Product merchandising (available/visible/touchable) for both primary & secondary shelf (planning & execution)
- Being responsible for target in assigned products
- Training for the sales team
- Detail and generalize reports on Sales Achievement Sales Unit, Inventory, and Display Contest weekly, monthly, and yearly.
- Net Sales (Primary Sales/Secondary Sales, Turnover, Volume)
- Distribution (numerical distribution, Weighted distribution)
- Operation Profit (assigned area & distributors)
