In line with our increasing business, we are looking for qualified and experienced candidates for Electrical Designer/CAD Operator to be based in our Thailand office.
Job Description
Employment term: 6-month contract, extendable depending on requirement of works in the project.
Regular working days: Mon-Fri., 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
Roles and responsibilities
- Drafting and preparing detailed designs drawings for electrical system and equipment as assigned by engineers
- Review, check the correctness of his own works before submitting to engineers
- Prepare detailed single line diagrams, relaying and metering diagrams for high voltage, medium voltage and low voltage systems according to the drafts provided by electrical engineers
- Prepare typical schematic diagrams, block diagrams for fire detection and alarm system, communication system, paging system, lighting and receptacles and CCTV
- Prepare electrical detailed installation drawings such as cable routing, cable trays, conduits, ductbanks, bus ducts, manholes, detailed cabling installations, system layout and sections
- Prepare electrical equipment layout drawings, indoor and outdoor installations
- Prepared earthing and lightning protection layout and details
- Prepared elctrical building service layout and details
- Prepared lighting (indoor/Outdoor layout) and details
- Prepare utility system, such as FA, PAGA, CCTV, Telephone .
- Prepare power and control cables schedules
- Prepare control cables interconnection diagrams
- Prepare bill of materials
Qualifications
- Minimum education, High vocational diploma in electrical
- Minimum 10 years experiences with at least 3 projects experiences in power plant, oil and gas, petrochemical, solar farm, wind farm or similar scale of industrial plant projects
- Experience in using 2D and 3D AutoCAD, PDMS softwares
- Experience in using Dialux software for lighting illumination calculation
- Fluent in using Microsoft Office Excel, Words, PDF Xchange programs
- Familiar with IEC standard electrical symbols
- Self-disciplined and be attentive to quality control for his works
- Ability to manage and handle the assigned tasks with minimum supervision within the required timeframe
- Positive attitude in working with other people
- Ability to work under pressure
- No personal problem which may impede to the daily works
