Job Description
Overall responsibilities
- Contact for Datafisher (AFRY Learning Academy) from registration to problem solving/issue reporting
- First line support
- Own shared mailbox
- User questions
- Add new users/admins
- Onboard and support admins
- Program and course management
- Program forecasting (seasonal)
- Schedule our global offerings (seasonal)
- Updating events, dates, files, text.
- Manage enrolments and attendance
- Financial and charge out process
- Internal invoicing
- Financial overview
Critical Success Factors
Drive execution of Academy administrative timeline(s) to support delivery of Learning courses and programs
Tracking of progress, support stakeholders, drive improvements & follow up
Support implementation and follow up of Development & Culture initiatives, processes & tools
Qualifications
Education
- Degree in Business, HR, IT or similar.
Skills, experience and interests
- Experience in working as a member of a team in a global virtual environment
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Learning & development and other HR areas
- Experience in eLearning Systems
- SAP SuccessFactors (additional merit not mandatory)
- Data Privacy on basic level
