Job Description

  • Oversees the construction scope and all activities at the project site and ensures that work is done safely, on time, within budget and to the right quality standards for projects in the Solar PV Power industry. Provides leadership with the highest of integrity that is aligned with the Company's core values
  • Plan, coordinate and/or supervise construction activities of EPC contractors, Subcontractors, and OE engineers on assigned project. 
  • Interface with EPC team, Project Manager, Project Engineers, client representatives, and subcontractors to ensure all company, client, and project policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Interface with Project Engineer and Project Manager as necessary to review constructability of design with the goal of meeting quality, safety, and schedule commitments. 
  • Monitors and reports on construction productivity and schedule performance to the management. Takes actions necessary to meet project schedule requirements. 
  • Interface with all project team members as required in the establishment of project schedules and resolving schedule problems. 
  • Understands the major commercial and deliverable terms of the construction subcontracts and manages within these terms. 
  • Supports continuous improvement efforts and the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvements
  • Specific duties include, but are not limited to, contract administration, schedule management, oversight of key project staff positions, investigation of non-conformance issues and implementation of corrective measures, risk management, safety, and quality control.

Qualifications

REE, with at least 2 years work experience as SIte Manager
