Job discription:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for guests throughout their stay at our hotel. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to guests, providing essential information about hotel services, addressing any complaints, and offering support for various needs. Your role will involve close coordination with other departments to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service to enhance their skills in a dynamic hotel environment.

Main Activities:

  1. Proactively contacting guests to check on their well-being and offer assistance during their stay.
  2. Providing guests with information on services such as sightseeing tours, mailing, international newspaper and magazine purchases, room and dining reservations, car rentals, concert and sports event tickets, and flight bookings.
  3. Advising guests on hotel events, special programs, and current promotions.
  4. Receiving and addressing guest complaints by coordinating with relevant departments.
  5. Assisting guests in resolving issues related to lost luggage and personal documents.
  6. Collecting guest feedback to recommend service adjustments.
  7. Supporting receptionists with check-in and check-out procedures during peak hours, prioritizing group and VIP guests.
  8. Performing other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirement:

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program in Hospitality, or a related field
  • English skills in Intermediate Level
  • Communication skills in Intermediate level
  • Preference: 1 year-experience working in the field of Hospitality
