About the role

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will handle the check-in and check-out process, ensure guests are informed about the hotel’s services, and assist with their needs throughout their stay. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. It is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry and develop your customer service abilities in a dynamic hotel environment.

Working hours

Monday to Saturday, - 6:00 am - 3:00 pm

Main Activities:

1.Perform the check-in process according to hotel standards:

  • Greet guests.
  • Ask for the name of the guest who booked the room, confirm room information, and services booked.
  • Handle the deposit and payment procedures for guests.
  • Guide guests to register and confirm their stay at the hotel.
  • Inform guests about breakfast times, hotel services, and related travel services: Thanh Thuy Camping, car rentals, etc.
  • Hand over the key to the Bellman to escort guests to their rooms.

2. Introduce guests to the hotel's services: dining, entertainment, hot spring baths, etc.

3.Serve guests during their stay, coordinate with relevant departments to address guest requests, complaints, and grievances.

4.Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Selection Process:

1. Apply on AIESEC website

2. AIESEC process application, scan CV and conduct 1st interview with applicants

3. AIESEC conduct 2nd interview between the company and applicants
