Description of the mission

Job duties:

Senior consultants shall lead our technical teams to provide highest quality professional services and possess good aptitude in maintaining client relationship;
Provide sustainable strategy for building/infrastructure included but not limited to energy efficiency, material and waste, integrated design;
Responsible for professional consultancy reports, proposal or presentation upon different settings of engagements in acoustics, environmental assessments, sustainability consultancy and green building certifications;
Carry out technical submission, site survey, inspections and measurements to obtain information for meeting specific project requirements;
Consultants and assistant consultants shall support the team to complete the assigned tasks;
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Profile

Requirements:

Degree holder or above in Engineering: Chemical, Civil, Acoustic, Building Services, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical and Computing;
Professional with BEAM Professional, LEED AP, WELL AP or China Green Building Label will be definitely advantage;
Knowledge and experience of BEAM Plus, LEED, WELL, BREEAM and CGBL;
Familiar with computer models for environmental assessment and built environment study (e.g. Building physics, CFD modeling, natural lighting and energy simulations) ;
Senior Consultant role should have at least 6 years of related experience, those with less experience will consider as Consultant;
Need to master good project management and presentation skills to support team leader in delivering professional technical submissions;
Strong problem solving skills and negotiation skills;
Ability to undertake interdisciplinary technical work and able to work under pressure in a fast work environment;
Excellent skills in written and verbal communication (Chinese and English).
