Job Summary:

The Marketing Unit Manager will oversee and implement all marketing activities within the company. This role is essential for developing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and foster relationships with customers and stakeholders. The manager will lead the marketing team, coordinate with other departments, and ensure the marketing efforts align with the company's vision and growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
  • Plan and manage campaigns, including digital marketing, print advertising, and events.
  • Maintain and enhance Angkor Green's brand presence and ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Monitor brand reputation and work on strategies to improve brand image.
  • Lead product launch strategies and promotional activities.
  • Manage, mentor, and support the marketing team to meet business goals.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Oversee performance management and KPI monitoring for the marketing department.
  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance customer relationships and loyalty.
  • Conduct customer surveys and analyze feedback to improve marketing and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with customer needs and business goals.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Track the ROI of all marketing initiatives and optimize spend.
  • Work closely with product development, sales, and other teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as media, suppliers, and agencies.
  • Oversee the development and execution of the company’s digital marketing strategy.
  • Manage social media platforms, websites, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze digital marketing data and report on campaign effectiveness.
Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and data analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including social media and online advertising.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the agricultural sector in Cambodia is a plus.
  • Proficiency in both Khmer and English languages is preferred.
