➔ Description of the mission

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead the operations team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize financial performance
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
Recruit, train, and coach the marketing and technical teams
Oversee logistics and sales operations to ensure timely delivery and technical support
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and expand outreach to new clients
Monitor competitor activities and provide regular updates to management
Prepare monthly and annual sales reports for senior leadership

➔ Profile

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and knowledge in Fisheries, Veterinary Science or a related agricultural field

Work History:

Management experience for 2 years as a minimum
At least of relevant industry experience for 3 years

Skills & Knowledge:

General & Technical Skills

Strong leadership and team motivation skills
Practical knowledge of pond management, disease prevention, and aquaculture health
Excellent communication skills across face-to-face, phone, and social media channels
Proficiency in Khmer and English; Vietnamese or Thai language skills are a plus

Soft Skills

High commitment to working directly with farmers in rural areas
Willingness to work overtime and during public holidays
Honest, friendly, and dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth
