ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Fashion Operations Coordinator to support the brand’s needs for its launch and operations. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role supporting the day-to-day operations of the brand as well as helping lay the foundation for the company to grow and scale. This position is ideal for an organized, proactive individual passionate about sustainable fashion and skilled at effective project management. Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating with suppliers for packaging and other supply needs to ensure timely and sustainable procurement.

Organizing receipts and accurately recording all financial transactions to maintain up-to-date financial records.

Monitoring inventory levels, anticipating restocking needs, and ensuring optimal stock management.

Organizing and executing trunk shows for product launches, managing logistics, and supporting event success.

Assisting during photo and video shoots, providing on-site support to creative teams and talent.

Monitoring order fulfillment processes to guarantee timely and accurate delivery to customers.

Liaising with outsourced marketing teams, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring alignment with brand goals.

Keeping abreast of industry developments and opportunities in sustainable fashion, recommending initiatives for continuous improvement.

Preparing minutes of meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up of action items.

Performing other related tasks as assigned to support business operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, or a related field.

Experience: Experience in fashion operations, supply chain coordination, event planning, or marketing support, ideally within a sustainability-focused environment. Fresh grads with OJT/internship experience may apply.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including inventory tracking, financial record-keeping, and event coordination.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment; able to pivot priorities and handle unexpected challenges with a proactive mindset.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders; capable of preparing clear meeting minutes and reports.

Sustainability Knowledge: Passion for and knowledge of sustainable fashion practices, including awareness of eco-friendly materials, ethical sourcing, and industry trends.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in inventory management systems, basic accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Event Coordination: Experience organizing events such as trunk shows or product launches, with the ability to manage logistics and vendor relationships.

Team Player: Enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative team culture, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and assisting creative teams during photo and video shoots.

Problem-Solving: Resourceful and solution-oriented approach to challenges, with the ability to anticipate needs and streamline operational processes.
