About the Role

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads across various industries to expand the organization’s network of corporate partners. This role involves researching, organizing, and analyzing information about companies and organizations. The Lead Generation Specialist will work closely with the Partnerships and Business Development team to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified and high-quality leads for outreach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research through various online platforms and databases to identify decision-makers and potential key partners
  • Build and maintain a structured database of leads, including company profiles, decision-makers, CSR focus areas, and relevant contact information.
  • Analyze company reports, news, CSR disclosures, and sustainability reports to assess alignment with ASSIST’s programs.
  • Qualify leads based on sector relevance, CSR priorities, and operational presence in the Vietnam.
  • Track and update lead status and performance metrics in CRM or lead management tools.
  • Continuously refine lead generation methods and criteria based on feedback from the team.

Secondary & Cross-cutting Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing research summaries, partner briefs, and data reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Attend events and activities to expand networks, foster collaboration, and support the strengthening of partnerships
  • Monitor industry trends, CSR regulations, and ESG developments relevant to corporate giving and employee engagement in Vietnam.
  • Participate in internal meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve partnership strategies and pipeline management.

Profile

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or any related degree.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot), data management software, and online research platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, databases, and industry directories)
  • Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights
  • Knowledge of the Vietnam market and business landscape
  • Keen interest in development work and being part of creating sustainable impact
  • Connections and networks in various industries and previous experience in asset development are considered a significant advantage
