Position Summary

We at ASSIST Vietnam are looking for an energetic Junior Accountant to join our team! As a Junior Accountant, you will assist the Head Accountant and Regional Director with accounting, finance and other Operations Support Group (OSG) works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and prepare monthly reconciliations of assigned accounts/tasks timely.
  • Respond to information requests and support internal teams.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of key processes and controls.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned with a high quality of work.
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests and special projects.
Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Possess excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate integrity and exercises discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with employees and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
