ASSIST Vietnam is a branch of ASSIST. We have been implementing social & environmental projects since 2007. At ASSIST we work closely with corporates/private companies to jointly implement social or environmental projects benefiting the society & environment in Vietnam. We implement projects across many provinces in Vietnam. We have colleagues from different countries working together on project implementation and acquiring new projects.

What we expect you to perform:

  • Maintain existing business relationships and establish connections with new partners.
  • Manage and perform projects:
  • Receive projects, search for and gather information, collaborate with relevant departments to develop project implementation plans.
  • Report on projects regularly or as requested by the PM.
  • Implement projects, conduct surveys, develop solutions, and address any arising issues.
  • Follow up and do paperwork including but not limited: to sales supporting documents (Contracts, Liquidation, Invoice, prepare payment & PO, etc.).
  • Support other tasks as directed by the manager.
Profile

Who we are looking for:

  • A final year student or recent graduate’s degree in business or related field.
  • Good in English, both written and spoken; and computer literacy.
  • Have good communication skills to work effectively with customers and the development team.
  • Have analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in non-governmental organization activities and administrative procedures is a plus.
