ASSIST Creativelab (ACL) is a strategic unit within ASSIST that solves communication, visibility and knowledge challenges in social development for sustained impact.If you have built your career growing Client accounts at a creative agency, this role might be for you. Same craft, larger purpose!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Lead the partnerships team for ASSIST Creativelab
Grow relationships with new and existing partners, matching their communication challengers with the right creative solutions.
Shape pitches and proposals with our creative and proposal teams.

We serve: Corporate, Corporate Foundations and Development Organizations (IOs and INGOs)

Profile

WHO YOU ARE:

A relationship builder with 6+ years in client servicing, partnerships or business development, ideally in a creative agency or advocacy organization.
A problem solver who can turn a partner briefs into clear creative or knowledge solution.
A confident leader who takes accountability for the team's results.
A sharp communicator who writes credible, compelling proposals
Some who is keen to apply their craft for social impact
