Project Objective / Scope:

The project aims to design and develop a health worker feedback mechanism for health immunization services using a human-centered design.

The activities expected to be performed are to lead the inception report, manage the development, collaborate with stakeholders, conduct pilot implementation, evaluate the pilot implementation, and final report of improvement.

Profile

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Education/Training: At least Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Community Development, similar courses. Higher education is an advantage.
  • Language: Filipino and English

Professional experience:

  • At least 10 years experience in designing services or products through human-centered design, behavioral design, participatory processes, and implementation or operational research.
  • Possesses strong technical expertise in co-creation, participatory methods, human-centered design, community engagement, and project implementation.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with experts and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, including individuals with disabilities and other vulnerable groups, and to facilitate participatory processes.
  • Strong knowledge of the government’s routine immunization program, local contexts, and the health system.
  • Extensive experience working with local government units, with a deep understanding of local government planning, implementation processes, and mandates.
  • Field experience focusing on marginalized populations is an advantage.
  • Previous experience working with government agencies such as the health department, and UN organizations is an asset.
  • Skilled in adapting tools and processes to local contexts, with the flexibility to adjust to changing conditions or circumstances.
