This position will manage social media accounts and the website of the Ayala Foundation in terms of content planning and management, graphic design, and social media reporting and insights. The role will also provide support in corporate communications and public relations.
Content Planning, Editing, Refinements, Execution, and Posting
- Propose content ideas aligned with the Foundation’s strategic goals
- Develop a content calendar that balances program updates, impact stories, advocacy campaigns, and community engagement.
- Encourage, review and edit content submissions from program leads to ensure clarity, brand consistency, and alignment with the Foundation’s tone, messaging, and platform strategy.
- Refine copy for social media captions, ensuring the right balance of engagement and informative content.
- Process and schedule weekly posts across Ayala Foundation’s social media platforms
- Ensure posts are optimized for each platform and aligned with audience engagement trends.
- Attends content syncs and alignment meetings as needed
Visual Content
- Create templates as needed (using Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Handle and generate artwork or customized visual requirements/needs of the Foundation to be used for both internal and external communications
- Conceptualizes and produces creative graphics designs, motion graphics, and videos in support of the organization’s internal and external communication needs
- Conceptualizes and produces collateral designs and audio-visual materials for projects and/or programs
- Maintains the integrity of the brand in all design requirements
- Conceptualizes and styles events for programs
Social Media Reporting and Insights
- Prepare social media reports as needed that include engagement rates, audience growth, and key performance metrics.
- Analysis of top-performing posts and recommendations for future content.
Corporate Communications
- Provides support in developing and producing materials on branding and imaging guidelines for Ayala Foundation and its programs that are aligned with Ayala Corporation
- Monitors consistent adherence of branding guidelines by all members of Ayala Foundation
- Develops design of Ayala Foundation branded collaterals
- Develops and maintains Ayala Foundation website and aligns it with other Ayala Foundation platforms of communication—creates content plan, writes, and sources content
- Assist in crafting press releases, newsletters, social media posts, website content, and other materials.
- Provides support in internal communications through coordination with different departments in keeping employees informed about company news, policies, and initiatives
- Edits and produces materials that align Ayala Foundation’s communications initiatives with Ayala Corporation
