We are hiring a Senior Program Manager to drive social impact at scale!

Bayan SEARCH is looking for a visionary leader to join our team. As our Senior Program Manager, you won’t just manage projects—you will architect the future of Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) models in the Philippines and ASEAN.

This role is a strategic proving ground for executive leadership. You will oversee high-impact initiatives (including our digital inclusivity projects with Globe, HSBC, and PhilHealth) and guide grassroots community enterprises from ideation to scale.
