Job description
• Assist in coordinating and overseeing the setup, operational readiness, and continuous improvement of the factory’s production facilities.
• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with reliable chicken manure suppliers to ensure a consistent and cost-effective supply, while monitoring supplier performance and meeting operational requirements.
• Assist in developing and implementing production plans and schedules to support efficient operations, achieve output targets, and align with business needs.
• Supervise and monitor daily production activities to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and required quality specifications.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely maintenance of production records and reports to support internal controls, operational audits, and management review.
• Assist in overseeing the production, quality, and process optimisation of all organic fertiliser products, including existing products, Organic Fertiliser with Groshield (Super OF), and new products to be introduced in the future.
• Assist in managing, guiding, and developing the production team to improve operational performance, accountability, and work efficiency.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor team performance, and provide feedback to ensure production activities are carried out effectively and departmental targets are achieved.
