Key Responsibilities

  • Implement adequate transportation, safety, school events, procurements, and compliance systems.
  • Ensure all non-teaching operations run smoothly.
  • Keep accurate student records in the database.
  • Monitor and address daily attendance issues following the Kid Case Management (KCM) policy.
  • Complete and submit compliance reports to the School Operations Coordinator, School Manager, and EMT.
  • Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of staff and students.
  • Oversee teaching staff to ensure quality education and proper school maintenance.
  • Manage school inventory and stock control and support facility-related initiatives.
  • Facilitate procurement processes such as vendor selection, purchasing, and payment.
  • Develop and manage the school's budget to meet financial goals.
  • Maintain updated employee files and required HR paperwork.
  • Discuss goals, progress, challenges, and action plans regularly with school leadership.
  • Foster a supportive and respectful school culture focused on academic success, fairness, and high behavioural standards.
  • Develop team members to excel in their roles.
  • Communicate respectfully with parents/guardians, considering different cultures, values and needs.
  • Create a service culture and support developing team members to excel in their roles.

Profile

Requirements

  • Ethical and able to demonstrate CCF values in day-to-day work.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, business administration or other related.
  • At least 2 years experience working in educational organisations.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, internet and email.
  • Good command of English and Khmer languages.
  • Operations and facilities management experience.
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities and to prioritise work on multiple projects.
  • Good organisational, planning, and implementation skills.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multiple constituencies, including parents, staff and students.
  • Be honest and trustworthy, have a team-player attitude and strong customer-service orientation.
  • Problem-solving ability to counsel, attention to high detail and results-oriented.
  • Demonstrated initiative, leadership, and tenacity.
  • High compassion and commitment to working with community people and children from challenging backgrounds.
  • Working Day/Hours: 07.30 am-12.00 pm and 01.30 pm-5.00 pm from Monday to Saturday (full time).
