Key Responsibilities
- Implement adequate transportation, safety, school events, procurements, and compliance systems.
- Ensure all non-teaching operations run smoothly.
- Keep accurate student records in the database.
- Monitor and address daily attendance issues following the Kid Case Management (KCM) policy.
- Complete and submit compliance reports to the School Operations Coordinator, School Manager, and EMT.
- Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of staff and students.
- Oversee teaching staff to ensure quality education and proper school maintenance.
- Manage school inventory and stock control and support facility-related initiatives.
- Facilitate procurement processes such as vendor selection, purchasing, and payment.
- Develop and manage the school's budget to meet financial goals.
- Maintain updated employee files and required HR paperwork.
- Discuss goals, progress, challenges, and action plans regularly with school leadership.
- Foster a supportive and respectful school culture focused on academic success, fairness, and high behavioural standards.
- Develop team members to excel in their roles.
- Communicate respectfully with parents/guardians, considering different cultures, values and needs.
- Create a service culture and support developing team members to excel in their roles.
