Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a focus on promoting sustainability initiatives and Carbonless's mission.
- Create engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our marketing objectives.
- Manage and monitor our social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize engagement and reach.
Growth Hacking:
- Implement innovative growth hacking strategies to expand our online reach and attract new followers who are passionate about sustainability and decarbonization.
- Analyze social media metrics and trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth-focused campaigns that align with our mission.
- Experiment with new tools and techniques to drive engagement and community growth.
Virtual Community Management:
- Foster a thriving online community by facilitating discussions, responding to member questions, and encouraging active participation around sustainability topics.
- Develop and enforce community guidelines to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all members.
- Organize and host virtual events, webinars, and other community-building activities that promote our brand and mission.
- Create and manage community engagement initiatives, such as ambassador programs or loyalty rewards, to enhance member participation.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital marketing and community initiatives.
- Generate regular reports on the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and our commitment to sustainability.
- Use analytics tools to assess community engagement, growth, and overall brand sentiment.
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos that highlight our sustainability initiatives and community engagement efforts.
- Create informative blog posts, newsletters, and other content to keep the community informed and engaged.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with community members, industry professionals, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Liaise with other departments, such as Sales and Product Development, to stay informed about new offerings and initiatives that can be communicated to the community.
VIP Management:
- Develop strategies and initiatives to provide an exceptional experience for VIP attendees and speakers.
- Coordinate VIP invitations, manage their registrations, and facilitate their on-site experience to ensure their satisfaction.
