Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a focus on promoting sustainability initiatives and Carbonless's mission.
  • Create engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our marketing objectives.
  • Manage and monitor our social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize engagement and reach.

Growth Hacking:

  • Implement innovative growth hacking strategies to expand our online reach and attract new followers who are passionate about sustainability and decarbonization.
  • Analyze social media metrics and trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth-focused campaigns that align with our mission.
  • Experiment with new tools and techniques to drive engagement and community growth.

Virtual Community Management:

  • Foster a thriving online community by facilitating discussions, responding to member questions, and encouraging active participation around sustainability topics.
  • Develop and enforce community guidelines to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all members.
  • Organize and host virtual events, webinars, and other community-building activities that promote our brand and mission.
  • Create and manage community engagement initiatives, such as ambassador programs or loyalty rewards, to enhance member participation.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital marketing and community initiatives.
  • Generate regular reports on the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and our commitment to sustainability.
  • Use analytics tools to assess community engagement, growth, and overall brand sentiment.

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos that highlight our sustainability initiatives and community engagement efforts.
  • Create informative blog posts, newsletters, and other content to keep the community informed and engaged.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with community members, industry professionals, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as Sales and Product Development, to stay informed about new offerings and initiatives that can be communicated to the community.

VIP Management:

  • Develop strategies and initiatives to provide an exceptional experience for VIP attendees and speakers.
  • Coordinate VIP invitations, manage their registrations, and facilitate their on-site experience to ensure their satisfaction.
  • For the record: everyone is a VIP for Carbonless.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and community management, preferably within the sustainability or environmental sector.

  • Skills:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts and implementing growth hacking strategies.

  • Expertise in: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, SEO (the more the merrier)—the more platforms you are familiar with, the better!

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience in optimizing content for search engines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with community members and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
