JOB OBJECTIVE
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Coordinator are responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring an effective Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system to ensure that program activities are carried out as planned, achieve the desired outcomes, and generate ongoing learning for future program improvement
Primary Responsibilities
1. Monitoring and Evaluation
- Develop and manage logical frameworks (logframes), M&E work plans, and determine and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for the project.
- Conduct regular field monitoring activities to collect data on program implementation and outcomes.
- Conduct periodic evaluations of program effectiveness and interventions.
- Establish and manage M&E databases, ensuring that collected data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
2. Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports based on high-quality data in two languages (Indonesian and English).
- Provide data-driven information for strategic decision-making.
- Document best practices, lessons learned, and success stories.
3. Learning and Capacity Development
- Design and facilitate learning programs to enhance the capacity of the internal project team.
- Build and promote a culture of continuous learning across the project team.
4. Coordination and Collaboration
- Coordinate with program, finance, and field partner teams to synchronize data and reporting.
- Collaborate with local communities and stakeholders in participatory monitoring processes.
