➔ Description of the mission

The Executive, Community Partnership is responsible to acquire, build relationships and create a vibrant community of stakeholders serving in CCSS; to handle the full scope of account management, corporate projects/events management including fundraising activities. This position requires one to be resourceful in building good internal and external relationships, and to be a good team player to contribute to the achievement of overall team targets in alignment to CCSS’ mission and vision.

Job Description

Account Management on Corporate Social Responsibility

  • Manage accounts of existing corporate partners (as assigned)
  • Collate information for partners for specific programmes/project funding needs
  • Engage corporate partners on fundraising and volunteering opportunities
  • Effectively match the needs of programmes and services across departments and the goals and objectives of corporate partners
  • Identify research and solicit potential new corporate partners, building up relationship with the prospects and following up with face to face meeting where appropriate

Project Management on Corporate and Fundraising Events

  • Handle management of projects and corporate events as assigned
  • Develop publicity materials for awareness and fundraising projects, corporate events
  • Ensure compliance to the Charity Act, PDPA and other regulatory matters that are relevant to the fundraising activities
  • Respond to fundraising enquiries, assist/support the team in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist in promotion, support and fundraising for CCSS
  • Operate within fundraising budget

Stakeholders Engagement and Fundraising

  • Develop, implement and evaluate strategies for developing new relationships and enhancing relationships with corporate partners
  • Initiate, assist and support funding and marketing of programmes’ efforts through the developing of fundraising projects and activities like grant application to raise income for CCSS
  • Handle inquiries that come to the corporate fundraising team and be able to respond flexibly to requests and work requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of CCSS fundraising effort as a whole by continually seek new and appropriate contacts and partnerships with relevant individuals or corporates.
  • Key liaison for community partners or external organisations on outreach and fundraising initiatives
  • Represent CCSS at community and business meetings as and when necessary or when directed

Requirements

  • Recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Singapore
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and highly accountable for the work assigned
  • Pleasant and resourceful, and takes initiative to drive improvements and developments
  • Interest and passion to work with partners and new people groups
  • Able to work independently and at the same time a team player who is able to work cohesively with colleagues from different levels
