
Main Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager.
Responsible for itinerary planning, meeting coordination, meeting minutes, and follow-up.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and important documents.
Assist in preparing management reports, presentations, and business documents.
Coordinate internal departmental and external communications.
Properly handle confidential documents and sensitive information.
Perform other related tasks assigned by the General Manager.
Job Requirements
College diploma or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in secretarial studies, business management, or related fields.
3+ years of senior administrative or management-level secretarial experience.
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email systems.
Attentive, responsible, with excellent time management and adaptability.
High level of confidentiality and professional ethics.
Preference will be given to candidates proficient in English and Chinese (and other languages).
