About Catalyst for Change Vietnam

Catalyst for Change Vietnam (C4C) is a women-led social enterprise based in Đà Nẵng and Hội An, Central Vietnam. We support women navigating difficult circumstances through wellbeing activities, peer community, skills training, responsible tourism, and women-led livelihood initiatives.

We are now developing Nature Arts Studio, a green livelihoods initiative combining eco-art, responsible tourism, youth learning, and nature-based creative experiences. The initiative aims to create income opportunities for C4C women while offering meaningful workshops for students, travelers, volunteers, companies, and partners.

About the role

We are looking for a Nature Arts Studio & Green Livelihoods Program Manager to help turn Nature Arts Studio from an early-stage initiative into a structured, revenue-generating impact programme.

This role is ideal for someone who is practical, organized, community-sensitive, and excited about building something new at the intersection of women’s empowerment, responsible tourism, creative livelihoods, and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development and day-to-day implementation of Nature Arts Studio.
  • Support training and participation of C4C women in eco-art production, workshop support, hospitality, facilitation, and customer experience.
  • Design and manage paid eco-art and nature-based workshops for students, volunteers, travelers, companies, and community groups.
  • Support the development of eco-art products, workshop packages, materials, pricing, and delivery standards.
  • Build relationships with schools, hotels, tour operators, companies, universities, and local partners.
  • Coordinate schedules, venues, materials, facilitators, participants, feedback, and follow-up.
  • Track key outputs such as women trained, workshops delivered, participants reached, revenue generated, partners engaged, and stories of change.
  • Work closely with C4C leadership, trainers, volunteers, and partners to strengthen the programme over time.

Profile

We are looking for someone who can combine empathy with execution. The ideal candidate is able to coordinate people, manage details, communicate clearly, work respectfully with women from diverse life circumstances, and help turn an early-stage impact idea into a real programme.

Requirements

  • Experience in programme coordination, project management, social enterprise, community development, tourism, hospitality, education, creative industries, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Interest in responsible tourism, sustainability, creative livelihoods, youth learning, or community-based impact.
  • Ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving organization.
  • Respectful and sensitive approach to community work.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Vietnamese language ability strongly preferred for local coordination.

Nice to have

  • Experience with craft, eco-art, workshop facilitation, product development, tourism experiences, or hospitality.
  • Experience with sales, partnerships, customer experience, or B2B outreach.
  • Basic understanding of monitoring, evaluation, and impact tracking.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, social media, or simple project management tools.
  • Experience working with volunteers, youth, students, or international participants.

Expected outcomes in the first 6 months

The manager will help C4C establish a clear operating model for Nature Arts Studio, train and involve C4C women, develop eco-art product and workshop prototypes, deliver paid workshops, build partner relationships, track early revenue and feedback, and create basic systems for operations and impact measurement.

Catalyst for Change Vietnam

C4C empowers women through wellbeing, skills, and women-led social enterprises, while engaging youth in responsible tourism, volunteering, and cross-cultural learning in Central Vietnam.
