  • Manage related procurement, logistics, and the field level, ensure that operational activities run smoothly and efficiently .
  • Maintain review updating inventories all assets within organization
  • Manage implementation of HR policy advised by Executive Director
  • Liaison with partners, government agencies, community, and other any relevant works
  • Develop and maintain appropriate filing system include essential relevant documentation and ensure accurate tracking documentation.
  • Regularly and update staff attendances and leaves.
  • Work with program staff, partners, and others to coordinate meeting and workshop events
  • Ensure adequate supply of stationeries for field staff use.

  • Maintain and manage petty cash record and daily financial transactions according to policies and procedures
  • Manage bank account, bankbook, bank petty cash reconciliation
  • Check record of expenses and supporting documents
  • Ensure expenses in line specified budget according all contracts agreements
  • Monitor adherence grant and compliance track ‘budget vs. actual expenditure’
  • Ensure best practice accounting internal control systems and identify and communicate control risks, potential consequences, and recommendations.
  • Ensure secure accounting and filling system
  • Review document and maintain complete accurate supporting information all financial transactions.
  • Check follow up staff advances clearance ensure it well managed clearance time
  • Other duties will assign by Executive Director.
Profile
  • University Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
  • A minimum two years experience admin, finance or accounting.
  • Computer literate, Advance Excel, QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Good communication inter-personal skills.
  • Good team work
  • Ability to effectively under pressure.
  • Good in spoken and written English.
