Description of the mission

OVERVIEW

Incumbent will assist in aspects related to community engagement, corporate partnerships, donor and volunteer management and fundraising campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with key community partners on outreach and public education programs.

• Assist in all CPAS-led Fundraising projects and initiatives.

• Manage and maintain donor database for reporting and analysis.

• Establish partnerships and maintain relationship with new partners to build donor pool.

• Manage enquiries and requests, act as liaison with various internal departments and external partners.

• Spearhead Volunteer Management duties such as recruitment, onboarding, training and data management.

• Any other duties related to the department as assigned.

Profile

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication or other relevant diploma / degree.

• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience

• Experience in community relations and fundraising will be advantageous.

• Strong networking, marketing and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and in a team.

• Excellent time and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent public presentation skills and working knowledge of SalesForce (Email Marketing) and other marketing tools.

• Resourceful and with a positive attitude and mindset.

• Committed to high standards, adopts a professional and conscientious approach.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English

• Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings.

• A heart to serve in the special needs sector.
