KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Improved accessibility of Sexual Reproductive Health information and service (SRHR), Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), Gender and Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) and Gender Based Violence via Youth Health Mobile App and GBV Safe App: Work with App developers and graphic designers to develop contents for mobile app
- Increased awareness of the availability of mobile app among adolescent, youth, women and LGBT+: Organize Mobile app campaign with specific youth core group, youth, women and LGBT+ in urban and remote areas specifically in the target cities and provinces. Develop awareness/promotion and marketing campaigns and roll out to reach the target beneficiaries.
- Strengthen capacity and responsibility of CCWCs and parents/caregivers to ensure that children, adolescents, girls, and boys can access to their right to protection and that parents/caregivers publicly challenge and promote positive practices around violence and abuse in communities: Organizes training workshops with CCWCs and parents/caregivers on protection skill and knowledge, i.e., positive parenting, child sensitivity reporting and response mechanism, and a digitalized tech tool, i.e., free helpline platform and social media messenger for child friendly complaint, reporting and referral.
- Data, knowledge and attitudes are documented for strengthening mobile app utilization/scale up: Conduct tracking and monitoring to measure the success of the mobile app in how many people have actually downloaded and intended to use the mobile app; Tracking those who have regularly opened and engaged with the mobile app will inform the usefulness of this mobile app; Prepare assessment report to inform for scaling up the App for the long-term investment.
- Program & Project Management: Manage the programs and projects, develop action plan, budget plan, write report, make documentation of good practice and lessons learnt, and assist in fundraising, maintain good relations and communication with donors. Networking: Communicate and network with Government, NGOs, children clubs, youth clubs, women groups and LGBT+ communities to promote and raise awareness about mobile app and the helpline platform.
- Leadership and Management: 1) coordinate all CHC activities according to the action plans; 2) provide overall management and coordination for CHC; 3) coordinate with relevant stakeholders, child participation groups, NGOs and communities to promote CHC and maintain a quality referral and follow-up system; 4) coordinate staff training and development opportunities, and community awareness campaigns with children, youth, local authorities and community groups.
- Administration and Financial Management: 1) ensure the administration and financial policy is properly applied and followed; 2) ensure the consistency and coherence of CHC’s planning and budgeting; 3) lead in design/revise the CHC’s annual action plan and budget.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: 1) ensure that monitoring, evaluation and documentation framework and plans are in place; ensure funding partners’ requirements are adhered to; 2) activate project monitoring, evaluation, and learning framework and findings documentation; 3) seek to identify achievements, enabling and disabling factors, good practices, and behavior change at the community level.
- Reporting: 1) ensure that the professional and high quality management report for funding partners are produced in a timely manner; 2) ensure that all reports are highly accurate, comprehensive, and well documented; 3) contribute to the documentation of good practice and lessons learned. Resource Mobilization: 1) develop and maintain strong working relationships and partnerships with promotion and referral partners, relevant NGOs, funding partners, UN agency officials, government ministries, mobile phone companies, beneficiaries and local communities; and 2) assist in fundraising, and donor relations and communication with donors.
- Translation: translate internal and external documents from Khmer into English and from 3 English into Khmer as required /requested by Executive Director; interpret and translate during workshops/trainings/meetings as required/requested by Executive Director.
