Description of the mission

This role provides critical support to the organisation through structured coordination, sense-making, and change facilitation, ensuring that organisational transformation and reorganisation efforts are coherent, well-paced, and aligned with CCF’s broader strategic objectives.

1. Organisation Design and Development:

Support the Director, Direct Services in the planning, alignment, and transition of Direct Services through organisational reorganisation efforts. This includes coordinating across teams to ensure clarity of roles, alignment of structures, and continuity of service delivery during periods of change.

2. Organisational Framework & Artefacts Alignment:

Work with team leads from Direct Services (hospitals and community teams) to synthesise existing organisational frameworks, tools, and documentation into a coherent and consistent set of artefacts. This role supports the creation of a shared foundation for planning, capability development, and execution across Direct Services and related functions.

3. Support in Change Management and Transition Support:

Provide support for the people and change aspects of organisational transformation, including leadership alignment, staff engagement, and readiness for change. This may involve supporting visioning and engagement sessions, facilitating transition activities, and identifying capability or capacity gaps arising from organisational shifts.

4. Coordination of Initiatives and activities:

Partner Direct Services, Volunteer Management, and HR workstreams to support the implementation of transformation initiatives such as events and activities for CCF.

Profile

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Psychology, Public Policy, or related field
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in the social service, healthcare, or community sector
  • Experience supporting projects, planning processes, or organisational initiatives preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities.
  • Meticulous, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
