THE OPPORTUNITY

Circle 84 Foundation is seeking a Human Resources & Talent Coordinator (Contract) to support the development and organization of its growing team.

This role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, and establishing structured HR processes to support volunteers and contractors.

SCOPE OF WORK

The selected candidate will:

Coordinate recruitment efforts (job postings, screening, interview scheduling)
Maintain and organize a candidate and team database
Support onboarding processes (guidelines, documentation)
Define roles, responsibilities, and basic team structure
Build simple HR systems using Google Sheets or Notion
Facilitate communication across team members
Provide general HR and administrative support

Profile

REQUIREMENTS

Strong organizational and communication skills
Interest or experience in HR, recruitment, or operations
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar tools
Good English (Vietnamese preferred)
