Job Responsibilities

  • Stock control by running an inventory availability check to confirm whether the concerned products is present at the source (Warehouse) or otherwise
  • Issuance of Delivery Orders and Invoices
  • Maintaining office systems including data management and filing
  • Manage daily incoming calls and outgoing documents
  • Keeping records of customer feedback and complaints
  • Ensure all documents are kept and controlled
  • Receiving and directing visitors
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time.
Profile

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent
  • Possess working experience, preferably in environment handling and preparing delivery orders and invoices
  • Dynamic, meticulous, self motivated, Good team Player and fast learner
  • Proactive and versatile with strong initiative as well as the ability to work independently
  • Required languages : English & Bahasa Malaysia
